Shipping Policy
We usually ship our rugs via FedEx or DHL Ground. Currently orders shipped to continental US are free of charge. Shipping rates for Alaska Hawaii and Puerto Rico are as follows:

All shipped rugs are insured for your security. Once the order is shipped we will e-mail you the tracking number so you can track you shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy
At DiscountWoolRugs we stand behind our quality. Once you place your order we carefully prepare your shipment. We inspect all of our merchandise before it gets shipped to you. Items are shipped via FedEx or DHL Ground and are always insured.
However if you are not completely satisfied with the purchased rug you can exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from our ship date.
Exchanges: Please send us an e-mail exchanges@discountwoolrugs.com with the desired rug name, color and size so we can check its availability. Once the availability is confirmed you can ship the original merchandise using a carrier which has a tracking and insurance system. As soon as you have a tracking number please let us know via e-mail so we can track your shipment. Once we receive your initial ordered rug we will ship the new one. Unfortunately we will not cover the charges incurred by you for shipping the returned rug.
Returns: Original merchandise must be received by DiscountWoolRugs before any refunds will be issued. When your return is received, we will process it and issue a refund to your credit card. It usually takes 5-7 days to process a return. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your return has been processed and the proper amount has been credited back to your account.
We recommend that you ship your return using a carrier which has a tracking and insurance system (e.g. UPS, FedEx or DHL). As soon as you have a tracking number please e-mail us at returns@DiscountWoolRugs.com so that we can track you shipment. Unfortunately we will not cover the charges incurred by you for shipping the returned rug. There is also a 5% restocking fee for all the returned merchandise.
